In December 2016, I finished my master’s degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and I wanted to share my thoughts and experience about the program. Some thoughts will come from edited discussions from the classes. In addition, I wanted to share my experience in searching for a data science degree as well as my career change in doing so.

As it turns out, this site will document parts of my life, some technical procedures, and some machine learning notes and tutorials. Personally, I do not attempt to memorize most of the things I’ve learned. I believe in learning to learn, not memorizing. With that, I need to tuck this knowledge away in a place I have access, at the same time, share them with whom who might find them useful. That’s the main reason this site exists.
